ERP Systems & Financial Applications Manager

Salary is 145k to 175k Minimum 10 years of practical experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms in support, administration, or optimization roles. In-depth knowledge of core financial functions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-close procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes holistically and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across financial and business systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable manner to business stakeholders and end users.
• Solid foundation in accounting practices and financial operations, including month-end and year-end activities.
• In-depth knowledge of core financial functions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-close procedures.
• Proven experience participating in or leading ERP implementations, system enhancements, platform migrations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
