- Monitor system performance and data integrity. Address or escalate identified issues.
- Maintain, develop, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, workbooks, and saved searches needed for system administration and day-to-day operations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions and issues involving NetSuite, WAERlinx, and other assigned enterprise platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve issues when possible; when additional support is required, coordinate escalation to vendors, contractors, or the managed service provider and monitor the case through resolution.
- Provide Tier 2 support for general IT issues when advanced troubleshooting or urgent in-person assistance is required.
- System Changes, Releases, and Integrations

- Project Coordination
- Facilitate cross-functional systems meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and tracking action items through completion. Coordinate departmental meetings as needed to troubleshoot issues and address system needs.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up among users, department representatives, vendors, contractors, the managed service provider, and IT regarding system issues, initiatives, and projects.
