Description

About the Role
A leading clean energy technology company is hiring an ERP Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end build and rollout of a new enterprise resource planning system. The ERP platform is being selected now, and this person will be the driving force from requirements gathering all the way through go-live. It is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at a pivotal moment in the organization's growth.

The right candidate has actually owned an ERP implementation before, not just advised on one. You have worked closely with manufacturing operations and understand how real production workflows translate into system requirements. A background in hardware, aerospace, energy, or another regulated manufacturing environment will set you apart, and comfort navigating cross functional teams is a must.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle, covering vendor evaluation, requirements gathering, configuration, customization, testing, and go-live
2. Partner daily with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, engineering, and operations to capture team-level needs and translate them into clear build requirements
3. Coordinate with software engineers on system customizations, integrations, and technical build-outs needed to support the implementation
4. Own end-user training and live support, bringing every team up to speed and providing ongoing help as the organization scales
5. Drive process standardization by building dashboards and workflows that give leadership clear visibility into manufacturing performance, inventory, and operational readiness
6. Manage ERP and MES integrations with PLM and other enterprise systems to ensure data flows accurately across the business

Required Skills & Experience
  • 4 to 8 years of experience implementing ERP or MES systems end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ownership of a full ERP lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, rollout, training, and post-go-live optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, Epicor, or a comparable ERP platform
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including BOMs, routings, inventory, and material flow
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, engineering) to gather and translate system requirements
  • Background in hardware, aerospace, energy, or a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Reporting and analytics experience using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no H-1B sponsorship available (TN visa considered case by case)
  • Must be available to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA

Preferred Skills
  • ERP and MES integration experience across PLM or other enterprise platforms
  • Experience supporting a manufacturing organization through a high-growth or scaling phase
  • Familiarity with operational readiness metrics and leadership-facing reporting
