As an ERP Application Analyst I, you'll play a key role in optimizing enterprise systems by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, support the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and assist with testing to ensure system functionality and reliability. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users, you'll help maintain alignment, provide end-user training and support, and monitor system performance. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing workflows, driving efficiency, and maintaining accurate, well-documented ERP processes and system changes.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for ERP system enhancements and optimization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document system requirements
  • Support the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions
  • Assist with system testing to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment
  • Provide end-user training, guidance, and ongoing support
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and usability
  • Maintain accurate documentation of ERP processes, system changes, and workflows

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience supporting ERP system implementation and maintenance
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and ERP system configuration
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to support system testing and provide end-user training
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred
