Summary: 

• Serves as functional lead for SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE) within Production Operations.

• Designs and configures solutions to support domestic, export, and defense logistics flows.

• Supports configuration and process optimization for freight planning, shipment execution, route determination, and goods issue posting.

• Coordinates integration between TM, LE, and external carriers or freight forwarders for compliant documentation and tracking.

• Partners with Customer Sell-Off, Warehouse Management (EWM), and Integrated Manufacturing Master Data (IMMD) teams for data and process alignment.

• Drives requirements management through Jira and Focused Build for traceability between business needs and system design.

• Participates in functional design reviews, testing, and release readiness activities.

• Collaborates with Export Compliance, Government Property, and Quality Assurance for regulatory and contractual adherence.

• Applies full logistics lifecycle knowledge from goods issue through customer receipt.

• Provides functional design, configuration guidance, and integration support across TM, LE, and adjacent systems.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Experience with SAP Transportation Management (TM) configuration and solution design.

• Experience with SAP Logistics Execution (LE) processes and system configuration.

• Experience integrating TM and LE with external carriers and freight forwarders.

• Experience with goods issue posting and shipment execution.

• Experience with route determination and freight planning optimization.

• Experience with EWM integration for warehouse and logistics handoffs.

• Experience with requirements management using Jira and Focused Build.

• Experience with DD250 and government sell-off integration processes.

• Knowledge of export and defense logistics flows including regulatory and contractual compliance.
