We are a leading manufacturer and distributor in NE Ohio. This role is for an ERP

Business Analyst to join a team leading an ERP Implementation across our family of companies. As a

member of the ERP project team within the Business Intelligence department, the ERP Business Analyst

will be responsible for helping to lead implementation efforts with a focus on the Manufacturing

functional area. This position is expected to learn existing business processes, the ERP system

software features and functionality and to work with business leaders and the software vendor to

optimize ERP system software for use by our organization.

Primary Job Duties:

1. Work with internal stakeholders to understand existing business processes
2. Identify opportunities for improvement in those existing processes and/or develop new processes
3. Perform gap analysis to identify where out-of- box ERP system software functionality might require configuration/customization to best serve our needs
4. Identify, document and set up foundational basic data elements required in the ERP system

1. US Citizen or Green Card Holder
2. Local to NE Ohio, or have plans to move to this location already

Skills/ Experience:

1. Should have a general proficiency in basic principles of Manufacturing and/or Engineering
2. Prior ERP implementation or upgrade experience (Netsuite, IFS, Infor, SAP, Oracle EBS, etc.)
3. Programming experience with integration and query languages and reports via Microsoft SQL or Oracle Database preferred

Education Background:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field is required
