Preferred experience with ERP development (e.g., PeopleSoft), including coding and scripting, as well as healthcare systems, is highly valued. Experience with APIs, Application Packages, Component Interfaces, PeopleCode, and Fluid Design is strongly preferred.
Plays a critical role in optimizing enterprise resource planning systems by analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units.
Supports the design, configuration, and enhancement of ERP solutions aligned with business needs. Validates system functionality through testing, supports user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensures successful system implementations.
Monitors system performance, recommends enhancements, manages change requests, and develops end-user training and documentation to support adoption and continuous improvement.

• Design and configure ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
• Validate system functionality through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests throughout the system lifecycle
• Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supporting business processes
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements
• Experience designing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
• Strong skills in system testing, change management, and end-user support
• Proven ability to monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
