Position Summary
The ERP Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business
operations and technical teams, supporting enterprise resource planning
systems, integrations, data management, and business process optimization.
This individual will act as a subject matter expert across
the ERP environment, helping ensure seamless data flow between core systems and
integrated applications, including Salesforce, Coupa, financial platforms, and
business intelligence tools.
The role will focus on improving system functionality,
streamlining workflows, maintaining data integrity, and delivering scalable
solutions that support business efficiency and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Systems Management amp; Optimization
- Provide
functional and technical support for enterprise resource planning systems.
- Evaluate
system configurations to ensure alignment with business requirements and
operational needs.
- Identify
opportunities to improve system performance, functionality, scalability,
and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot
ERP issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective
solutions.
Systems Integration amp; Data Connectivity
- Support
integrations between ERP platforms and third-party applications, including
Salesforce, Coupa, financial systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain
and troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems, data warehouses, Power
BI, and reporting platforms.
- Investigate
integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve connectivity
and synchronization challenges.
- Contribute
to the design and implementation of reliable, scalable integration
solutions.
Business Process Analysis amp; Improvement
- Analyze
existing business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and
opportunities for automation.
- Translate
business requirements into functional specifications and technical
solutions.
- Develop
and recommend scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support
evolving business needs.
Technical Documentation amp; Requirements
- Create
and maintain functional specifications, data mappings, process
documentation, and technical workflows.
- Document
system configurations, integration requirements, and data dependencies.
- Serve
as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and technical
teams.
- Ensure
business and technical requirements are clearly documented and
communicated throughout implementation and enhancement projects.
Data Integrity amp; Reporting
- Support
data migration, validation, and synchronization across integrated
platforms.
- Establish
and maintain data quality practices to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Help
ensure reliable, consistent data for financial and operational reporting.
- Investigate
data discrepancies and implement corrective actions to strengthen data
integrity and reporting reliability.
Required Qualifications
- At
least three years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or in
a similar role focused on ERP systems.
- Experience
with ERP platforms such as Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine),
SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or NetSuite.
- Strong
functional and technical understanding of ERP systems, including
configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Knowledge
of core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes.
- Experience
supporting ERP integrations with data warehouses, Power BI, and other
enterprise applications.
- Ability
to query databases and analyze data-related issues.
- Familiarity
with APIs, middleware, and technologies used for system integration.
- Strong
analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability
to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, and
cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong
functional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial
(CSI/SyteLine).
- Experience
with Infor ERP or comparable enterprise resource planning platforms.
- Familiarity
with business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools,
particularly Power BI.
- Power
BI certification or other relevant technical credentials.
- Certifications
in Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or project
management.
- Experience
supporting complex enterprise application environments and
cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
