What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a busy ER setting
- Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, and document findings accurately in EPIC system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations and stabilize patients as needed
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and hospital policies
- Cover scheduled shifts and participate in rotating weekends
What You Need
Required:- Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification
- ER nursing experience (minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
- Ability to work night shifts and handle high-pressure situations
