What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver timely treatment
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and interventions as needed
- Document patient interactions accurately in Epic Electronic Medical Records
- Participate in unit call responsibilities and potential emergency team assignments
- Follow hospital protocols, including maintaining comfort and safety of patients
- Support coverage on weekends and floating to other floors as necessary
What You Need:- Valid and current ACLS, PALS, CPI, BLS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to emergency team assignments
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
