ER Medical Director, $200K to $250K Base, 13-Doctor Hospital

A 13-doctor, full-service AAHA-accredited hospital in South Florida's Palm Beach County is hiring an Emergency Medical Director, full-time or part-time.

The hospital runs a 24/7 emergency service alongside general practice, dentistry, rehabilitation, acupuncture, and TCVM, with on-staff specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, and dermatology. A leadership team is already in place and the culture protects work-life balance.

Key Highlights:

• Lead a 24/7, 365-day emergency service
• Experienced emergency nurses on every overnight shift
• MRI, ultrasound, radiography, in-house lab, endoscopy, multiple surgical suites, and hyperbaric oxygen
• On-staff specialists in cardiology, internal medicine, oncology, and dermatology
• Flexible full-time or part-time schedule

About You:

• DVM or VMD from an accredited school
• Valid Florida veterinary license, or eligible
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Interest in leadership, mentorship, and practice growth
