What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care for diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Manage patient assessments, monitor vitals, and administer medications during ER holding shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning and documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control standards
- Support patient and family communication during stressful situations
- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and procedures
What You Need
Required:- Valid Ohio RN license and certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS
- Minimum of 2 years ER/ER Holding experience
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:- Experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units
