- Experience: Minimum 2 years of ER or comparable experience

What Youll Do- Provide initial patient holding assessments in the Emergency Department setting
- Monitor vital signs and manage cardiac rhythms, including dysrhythmia management and telemetry
- Administer IV insulin, Heparin protocols, and blood products
- Assist with renal failure management and vasoactive drip titrations
- Support airway management with non-invasive methods (CPAP/BIPAP, oxygen)
- Manage wound care and wound vac therapy
- Collaborate with Rapid Response Team and support critical care procedures
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC systems
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during holding and stabilization prior to transfer or admission
What You Need- Valid Ohio RN license or eligible for licensure in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of related ER or critical care experience
- Strong clinical skills in telemetry, dysrhythmia, and vasoactive medication management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
