Pay: $28 - $34/hr DOE + Shift Differential
Night Shift

We are seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to support high-tech solar panel manufacturing company in Mesa, AZ. This role performs troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on automated production equipment to keep manufacturing lines running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document completed work.
• Support production lines by responding to equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain and repair robotics, conveyors, PLC-controlled equipment, laminators, testers, and other machinery.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and improvements.
• Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and EHS requirements.
• Work with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to improve equipment reliability.
