Equipment Technician
Support the packaging department by setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth production and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup — Prepare and adjust equipment for daily operations.
- Operations — Operate machines following cGMP and SOP guidelines.
- Maintenance — Perform preventive checks and report issues to maintenance.
- Safety — Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Teamwork — Collaborate with other departments to keep production efficient.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of mechanical or maintenance experience in GMP or pharmaceutical settings.
- Ability to use hand tools and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and team‑oriented work environment.
