$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days
Second Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:15pm - 12:45am
Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hr
 
 
What You’ll Do
As a Production Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production line running smoothly and safely. You’ll:
 
  • Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment within your department
  • Follow GMP, SOP, and food safety standards to ensure the highest quality products
  • Meet daily production goals with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform weights, measures, and quality checks with attention to detail
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
  • Collaborate with your team to meet shared goals and support other departments when needed
  • Uphold excellent attendance and punctuality
 
What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50–75 lbs
  • A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This is a predominantly a highly active in movement role.  The job would also require the ability to lift 50 to 75lbs throughout the day.
