Equipment Service Coordinator - Mechanical

The Equipment Service Coordinator uses hands-on mechanical and equipment knowledge to support customers, mechanics, and ISCO's service operations. This is an opportunity to continue using your technical skills while moving into a less hands-on, office-based position.

What You'll Do

• Manage and process McElroy RMA's.
• Support Fusion Hotline calls by gathering information and coordinating with hotline mechanics.
• Assist with customer damage assessments and quotes.
• Coordinate between customers, mechanics, and internal teams.
• Track service requests and ensure follow-up.
• Provide support to the maintenance and equipment service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a mechanic, equipment technician, maintenance technician, or similar hands-on technical role preferred.
• Strong mechanical and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical information.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Experience with McElroy equipment, fusion equipment, HDPE piping, construction equipment, or rental equipment is a plus.
