Summary
The Opportunity:
A Server Assistant/Food Runner will assist bartenders and cocktails servers in ensuring we deliver efficient and prompt service. The SA/Food Runner must be a collaborator, team player, and quick on their feet.
The person having this position must have good communication skills, the ability to resolve conflict and a thorough understanding of Bunkhouse policies. All Bunkhouse employees are expected to greet all guests in close proximity and make each feel important by providing a genuine welcome. Furthermore, Servers must develop and maintain the company's culture, values, and reputation in the public eye, and with all staff, guests, vendors, and partners.

Equipment Room is our private basement hideaway - in the old equipment room beneath the Hotel Magdalena on Music Lane. Here you will find an intimate space that houses one of Austin's most special record collections played on custom vintage hi-fi equipment. Blending Japanese Jazz Kissa culture with our Texas take - Equipment Room feels like a wholly new, yet very familiar experience. It's the place we've been dreaming of for quite some time.

Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position. This person may be expected to perform other tasks and duties as needed or as directed. Furthermore, employee responsibilities and job descriptions are subject to review and revision.
Qualifications:
Six (6) months related experience in hospitality or service industry
Up-to-date Food Handler's Certifications
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) of the workplace (English).
