Qualifications: Climb Ladders Lift up to 40 lbs Good driving record Have a car Experience preferred in one of these areas: Maintenance Technician: 2 years (preferred) HVAC: 1 year (preferred) Equipment repair: 1-2 years (preferred) General understanding: Electronics Electrical Plumbing General building repair Painting Will need references from previous employers.
