Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support customer service activities and daily operations in a remote environment.
In this role, you will assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases, process orders, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with equipment rentals and construction material purchases
Provide clear information about available products and services
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
Follow up with leads and returning customers
Coordinate scheduling and basic operational processes
Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Maintain a professional and helpful customer experience
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and punctual work ethic
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)
Ability to work full-time schedule
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or rental industry is a plus but not required
