Key Responsibilities:

• Providing engineering support for product transfers, ensuring that all activities are completed and documented in accordance with the latest company procedures.
• Monitoring and controlling progress of work, ensuring the sound application of engineering principles.
• Creating manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, DMRs, DHRs, PFMEAs, and Process Control Plans.
• Training operators and sustaining engineers on production processes.
• Writing and executing equipment, cleaning, and process validations.
• Ensuring the quality of processes and products as defined in the appropriate operation and material specifications.
• Investigating yield issues and implementing improvements on the manufacturing line.
• Ensuring adherence to GMP and safety procedures.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-3+ years of hands-on validation experience in manufacturing settings, especially within regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and industry best practices.
• Skilled in developing manufacturing documentation such as SOPs, DHRs, PFMEAs, and Process Control Plans.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking to drive process improvements.
• Previous experience in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech.
• Familiarity with validation activities in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of equipment commissioning, qualification protocols, and revalidation strategies.
