Must have experience operating:
Skid Steer
Backhoe
Forklift
Dump Trucks
Floor Scrubber
Strong understanding of soil conditions, trench safety, excavation procedures, and earthmoving operations.
Must have a valid ID.
Ability to read and follow site plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
Must be willing to assist with ground crew/general labor duties when equipment operation is not required.
Must be safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a construction team.
