Equipment Operator

FieldBridge is looking for an Equipment Operator in Williston, ND. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate and Schedule
$20.00–24.00/hour DOE | 15 days on / 6 days off rotation, on-call 24/7 during hitch | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available for hours over 40/week | Earn $80,000-100,000 gross in a year.

Entry-level candidates welcome — no oilfield experience required. Company-provided housing available for candidates relocating or traveling for the position.

Position Overview
The Equipment Operator delivers safe, efficient, and reliable pumping/service delivery to customers in the field. This role supports maintenance crews in preparing equipment for operations and helps identify ways to improve service delivery on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members
• Maintain equipment in safe working order, reporting problems or deviations
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements

Required Qualifications

• CDL A
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–1 year of general labor or oilfield experience (entry-level welcome)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Willingness to work a 15-on/6-off rotational schedule, on-call 24/7 during hitch
• Open to candidates relocating (company housing provided)
