Equipment Operator

FieldBridge is looking for an Equipment Operator in Von Ormy, TX. to work for the world's largest oilfield service company. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate & Schedule
$19–21/hr | 15 days on / 6 days off rotation, 12-hour shifts | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime available after 40 hours/week | At $21/hr and 84 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,226 gross.

Important notes: Class A CDL preferred. Local candidates preferred. Bonus eligible once fully trained and working independently. Initial training conducted in Kellyville, OK.

Position Overview
FieldBridge Energy is hiring an Equipment Operator to support safe, efficient, and reliable pressure/service delivery (PSD) for our client's field operations near Von Ormy, TX. This role works closely with field and maintenance crews to keep equipment mission-ready and operating within safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver job requirements accurately and on schedule
• Participate in pre-job and toolbox safety meetings
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working order and report any issues
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down
• Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements

Required Qualifications

• Class A CDL preferred
• Willingness and ability to work a 15 on / 6 off field rotation
• Ability to wear required PPE and follow HSE policies
• Ability to complete and maintain required safety training
• Prior heavy equipment/field operations experience preferred
