Equipment Operator

Job Summary:
Located in Northeast and Port Deposit Cecil County, this Equipment Operator position is responsible for operating specialized machinery, including order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks. The role involves navigating the warehouse to retrieve and organize apparel items while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. You will collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment while upholding company standards for quality and efficiency.

Availability: Open to coming into the office at any time.

Responsibilities:

• Operate order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.

• Safely maneuver equipment to retrieve and transport apparel items within the warehouse.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure accurate inventory management.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold safety and quality standards.

• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding equipment operation and workplace safety.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating order pickers, turrets, and reach trucks, preferably in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in equipment operation are a plus.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as required

Schedule: 9AM-5:30PM
