Job Summary

Experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators are needed for a facility in Sayreville, NJ. Three positions are available. This is a hands-on industrial role focused on safely operating powered material handling equipment in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Use RF scanners and I-Warehouse systems for inventory tracking and order processing
• Perform picking, put-away, staging, loading, and unloading tasks
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Raymond reach trucks
• Minimum 1 year of experience using RF scanners
• Experience with I-Warehouse machines
• General warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Prior experience in a high-volume distribution or fulfillment center

About the Role

• Contract duration: Long-term contract (approximately 2,880 total hours), with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
• Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:30 PM to finish, Monday through Friday. Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs. A mandatory six-day work week applies during the first week of each month. Overtime may be required. All schedules are subject to change with business demands.
