Job Title: Order Selector Warehouse (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the hospitality supply chain industry, is seeking experienced Order Selectors for a temp-to-perm position at their Orlando, FL distribution facility. This role operates in a dry goods, non-freezer warehouse environment and requires proven experience with double electric pallet jacks and reach trucks. This is a full-time contract position with strong potential for permanent placement.
Contract Duration: Temp-to-perm (approx. 584 total hours to start)
Schedule: Sunday Thursday, 6:00 PM 2:30 AM
Training Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1 2 weeks)
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Travel Required: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate double electric pallet jack to transport goods throughout the facility
- Drive reach truck to retrieve and store product in upper-level locations
- Pick orders accurately from both floor-level and high-reach locations
- Build and secure pallets for outbound shipment
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Perform additional general warehouse tasks as needed
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of documented experience operating a double electric pallet jack (must appear in job history section of resume)
- Demonstrated reach truck / high reach experience
- Experience with stand-up warehouse equipment only; no sit-down equipment experience required or accepted
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a repeated basis
- Consistent employment history; any gaps must be explained
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a dry goods or non-freezer warehouse environment
- Experience working in fast-paced distribution centers
- Familiarity with hospitality or amenity product handling

This position offers a pathway from a temporary assignment to a permanent role for qualified candidates. Group interviews will be conducted to expedite the hiring process.
