Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Selector / Equipment Operator for a 3rd-shift warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with order picking, ride-on electric pallet jacks, loading, and RF/scanner equipment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable candidates with a strong and consistent work history.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using warehouse RF scanners and pick sheets
- Operate double-blade electric pallet jacks and ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Load and unload pallets and products from trucks and staging areas
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications:
- Previous order picking experience
- Experience operating a double-blade electric pallet jack / ride-on pallet jack
- Previous loading experience
- Experience using warehouse scanners
- Steel-toed boots required
- Strong and stable work history (assignments/positions lasting)
- English language proficiency (speak, read, write, understand)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a distribution or logistics environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work overtime as needed
About the Role:
- Contract duration: 1,040 hours (approximately 6 months), temp-to-hire
- Schedule: 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM (subject to change based on business needs)
- Location: Grove City, OH 43123
- Travel: None
- Pay: Competitive rate up to $20.00/hour
