    OVERVIEW:

    As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating various equipment and machinery. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment. 

      

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures. 

    • Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks as . 

    • Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output. 

    • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. 

    • Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects. 

    • Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines. 

    • Ensure production quotas and quality standards are met consistently. 

    • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes. 

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. 

      

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • High school diploma or equivalent. 

    • Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations. 

    • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. 

    • Strong attention to detail and quality. 

    • Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects when necessary. 

    • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. 

    • Commitment to safety practices and procedures. 

    • Proficient in basic math and measurement concepts. 

    • Good communication skills. 

    • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training. 

    • Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
