About the OpportunityAs an Equipment Mechanic at EMR, you'll play a key role in our daily operations at our St. Paul, MN site. In this role, you'll work to troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial machinery and heavy equipment.Key Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair equipment such as metal processors, electrical machinery, material handlers, loaders, and forklifts.Perform inspections, diagnostics and routine maintenanceDismantle, reassemble and install parts or new equipment with hand and power toolsUse a welder for repairs or fabricating items
Qualifications
One year of maintenance experienceBackground in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical areasAbility to work independentlyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesAbility to lift and handle 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in repair of industrial equipment, heavy equipment and trucks
