Equipment Maintenance Technician

You’d support a variety of plasma etch, ion implantation, wet processing, cleaning, and ancillary semiconductor manufacturing equipment, partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to identify equipment improvements and implement corrective actions, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on semiconductor processing equipment within the etch and wet process areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting advanced semiconductor process equipment used in etch, plasma processing, and related wafer fabrication operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Strong electrical and electronic diagnostic skills.
• Proven problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and its application within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
