As an Equipment Maintenance technician at onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility, the candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, maintaining a fleet of semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the Implant process area. The personal performance will directly impact the company's strategic plan to optimize capacity and factory performance.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in electrical, mechanical, or robotics Engineering or equivalent military experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Must possess good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Practical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems and controls.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Semiconductor experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Wet and Solvent areas, including general process theory and equipment mechanics
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Ability to recognize deviations from normal operation when they are developing.
- Understands and supports the 5S process.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Area Equipment:
- SEMITOOL batch spray solvent tools, Siconnex batch spray solvent tool, DNS WS-820L, WS-820C, FC820L, FC821L, FC820L-2, and MEI Evolution Wet benches. LAM(SEZ) SP-203, 223, 4200, and Davinci single wafer cleaning tools.

- Work to improve the best-known methods and other maintenance procedures.
- Identify and support continual improvement projects, including part sourcing and in-house repair.
- Build teamwork and collaboration within the group to meet the area''s goals and expectations.
