    Salary: The salary range for this position is $41/hr - $44/hr

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Engineer to support SMT/PTH/PCBA manufacturing operations. The role will focus on equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, qualification, and improving equipment uptime and reliability.
    Responsibilities:
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.
    • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
    • Support installation, calibration, qualification, and ramp-up of new equipment.
    • Maintain SMT, PTH, PCBA, test equipment, and automatic component insertion machines.
    • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
    • Drive improvements in equipment uptime, quality, throughput, and maintenance costs.
    • Support equipment-related projects and production requirements.
    Requirements:
    • Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
    • 3+ years of manufacturing equipment maintenance/engineering experience.
    • Electronics manufacturing / PCBA experience required.
    • Experience with SMT, PTH, and PCBA.
    • Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
    • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
    • Experience with automated component insertion equipment preferred.
    • Good English communication skills.
    • Ability to travel 5 10%.
