For nearly 100 years, RMD Kwikform has enabled contractors worldwide to build some of the most complex and iconic structures on the planet.  As we grow our presence in North America, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Equipment Logistics Specialist.


    Position Summary

    The Equipment Logistics Specialist keeps our rental operations running smoothly, with a focus on order entry, sourcing material, and scheduling delivery trucks, while supporting our sales and engineering teams. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with a certificate or associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field who's ready to apply that education in a hands-on, fast-paced role. On-the-job training will be provided.  You bring the organization, energy, and eagerness to learn.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Enter and process customer orders and returns accurately and on time
    • Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements
    • Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks
    • Perform light purchasing duties as needed
    • Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries
    • Maintain job files
    • Provide prompt, professional customer service
    • Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Associate's degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field from a community college or trade school
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment
    • Able to multi-task efficiently while staying detail-oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Self-starter who is dependable, energetic, and organized

    Preferred:

    • Internship, part-time work, or coursework involving order entry, dispatch/scheduling, procurement, or inventory tracking
    • Familiarity with rental, distribution, or construction/industrial equipment environments
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
    • Ability to manage Excel data sets and an interest in working with AI agents to streamline tasks
