As we grow our presence in North America, we're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Equipment Logistics Specialist.
Position Summary
The Equipment Logistics Specialist keeps our rental operations running smoothly, with a focus on order entry, sourcing material, and scheduling delivery trucks, while supporting our sales and engineering teams. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with a certificate or associate's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field who's ready to apply that education in a hands-on, fast-paced role. On-the-job training will be provided. You bring the organization, energy, and eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders and returns accurately and on time
- Source material to fulfill job and rental requirements
- Schedule and coordinate delivery and return trucks
- Perform light purchasing duties as needed
- Support sales and engineering staff with equipment availability and inquiries
- Maintain job files
- Provide prompt, professional customer service
- Assist with tracking rental and sales inventory
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field from a community college or trade school
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven, team environment
- Able to multi-task efficiently while staying detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Self-starter who is dependable, energetic, and organized
Preferred:
- Internship, part-time work, or coursework involving order entry, dispatch/scheduling, procurement, or inventory tracking
- Familiarity with rental, distribution, or construction/industrial equipment environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to manage Excel data sets and an interest in working with AI agents to streamline tasks
