We are currently looking for a Class A CDL Equipment Maintenance/Hauler to join our construction team in the Rockford, IL area.

Responsibilities

• Transportation of construction equipment and materials to construction sites in Northern half of IL and Southern WI.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Record keeping on performed maintenance is required.
• Position is based out of a warehouse located in Rockford, IL.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a valid Class A CDL and be able to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Clean driving record is required.
• We are looking for a responsible driver with 2 - 3 years semi-tractor/trailer experience.
• General construction equipment maintenance skills are required.
• Applicant should be familiar with how to operate small equipment.
• Applicant must be a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to do some carpentry work is a plus.

Salary Range

Hourly salary of $28.00 to $32.00.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate varies by several factors including relevant work experience, education, certifications and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of this salary range. The employee is eligible for approved overtime and company profit sharing potential.
