Equipment Finance Sales Representative

Location: Northeast or Mid-Atlantic U.S. (Remote)

Compensation: $100, 000 $150, 000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions

ABOUT THE ROLE

A well-established equipment finance company is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to develop and manage direct end-user relationships throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role is primarily focused on originating equipment finance and working capital solutions for established businesses, with an emphasis on relationship-driven sales and repeat business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment finance, commercial lending, or business development and be motivated by significant earning potential through uncapped commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop new business relationships with commercial clients and referral sources.
  • Originate equipment financing, refinancing, working capital, and equipment revolver transactions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through funding.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
  • Structure financing solutions for both new and used equipment acquisitions.
  • Work closely with credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and closings.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline to achieve and exceed annual production goals.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in equipment finance, commercial banking, leasing, or related financial services.
  • Proven track record of business development and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial credit and financial analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
