Tesla is continually designing new factories, manufacturing lines, and processes to deliver the high-quality products our customers expect. In nearly every part of Tesla's manufacturing process, torque tools play a critical role in product assembly. GFNV's Central Tooling Management (CTM) team is essential in ensuring these tools operate reliably and at the highest standard.
The CTM team is responsible for calibrating a wide variety of torque tools to maintain tool availability and ensure equipment meets production and quality demands. The team also collaborates with cross-functional groups to support compliance with government-regulated quality audits. In addition, the CTM team plays a key role in troubleshooting high-level and critical issues involving tightening systems such as those from Atlas Copco, Desoutter, Estic, Bosch, and Bollhoff, while supporting the commissioning of new high-volume production lines.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn rapidly evolving technologies, possesses advanced knowledge of torque tool systems (Atlas Copco experience strongly preferred), and can remain composed in high-pressure situations. The ideal candidate will have strong general computer literacy and the ability to work professionally and effectively with various cross-functional teams.
