Assist with epoxy flooring projects in the Youngsville, LA area, including surface preparation, sanding/grinding, painting/coating work, and general flooring installation support. Key Requirements: Painting, flooring, construction, or similar hands-on experience required .

Key Requirements:

• Painting, flooring, construction, or similar hands-on experience required
• Epoxy flooring experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be comfortable using or learning grinders, sanders, and other flooring tools
• Must be comfortable with an as-needed/project-based schedule
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Shifts:

• 2 Week offs - 2 weeks on
• Hours and days will vary based on workload

Duration:

• As needed/project-based
• Potential to become more consistent or temp to hire based on performance and workload
