This is a remote position resident in Orlando, Miami or Atlanta.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation secretary.
Experience in labor and employment law preferred.
Highly organized with ability to support multiple attorneys' practices and coordinate multiple tasks and requests effectively.
Demonstrates strong time management expertise with ability to prioritize and anticipate practice needs.
Demonstrates initiative to identify, monitor and execute tasks related to case timelines.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge and proven expertise using Best Authority to produce Tables of Contents (TOC) and Tables of Authorities (TOA).
Possesses extensive knowledge of court rules and ECF procedures.
Demonstrates proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook and Adobe.
Experience with document management systems (i.e., NetDocuments).
Demonstrates expertise in BigHand Create to create compliant legal documents and correspondence.
Demonstrates knowledge of legal terminology.
