Job Title: Epicor Kinetic Support Analyst
Duration: 6 months Contract
Location: Remote
Day-to-Day
Support Finance, Operations, and Sales across the ERP lifecycle, including account setup, order creation, and downstream processes.
Troubleshoot user issues, explain Kinetic nuances, and guide users on best practices.
Gather requirements from the C-suite and business users and translate them into system improvements.
Help users understand and work with SSRS reporting; Tableau is used for visualization.
Support improvements to the Kinetic/Salesforce integration through Boomi.
Assist with Kinetic upgrades and subscription billing workflows.
Musts
Hands-on Epicor Kinetic support experience across Finance and Operations.
Understanding of the full ERP lifecycle and cross-functional business processes.
Strong analysis, requirements gathering, and troubleshooting skills.
SSRS reporting experience.
Patient, approachable communication style with executives and everyday users.
