- 5 years or more of experience with Epicor ERP supporting Finance and Accounting within manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Epicor financial modules, general ledger, financial reporting, cost accounting, close, and consolidation processes.
- Experience in assessing and optimizing Epicor configurations, workflows, reporting, controls, and data integrity.
- Experience with Epicor financial reporting development, process automation, standardization, and multi-entity operations.
- Experience with ERP consolidation, Epicor cloud migration, acquisition integration, and scalable finance system design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess Epicor usage across multiple Finance and Accounting environments and identify functional or process gaps.
- Optimize financial workflows, reporting, cost accounting, controls, automation, and overall ERP effectiveness.
- Develop recommendations for improving financial reports, data quality, visibility, and system functionality.
- Standardize finance processes and Epicor configurations across multiple manufacturing business entities.
- Define a scalable ERP structure supporting consolidation into a unified cloud-based Epicor environment.
- Develop system and process recommendations that accommodate future business growth and acquisition integrations.
