We are seeking an
Epicor Kinetic ERP Analyst with strong
manufacturing operations, business process, and SQL experience to support a new Epicor Kinetic implementation and help drive the successful adoption of the ERP platform across the organization.
This position will serve as a key liaison between
business operations, manufacturing, and IT, translating operational requirements into effective Epicor solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Epicor professional who understands how manufacturing organizations operate and can bridge the gap between
ERP functionality, business processes, data, and technology.
The successful candidate will have experience with
Epicor Kinetic or Epicor ERP 10, strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, and the ability to work with SQL Server for reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Key ResponsibilitiesEpicor Kinetic Implementation & Operations
- Support and participate in the full Epicor Kinetic implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.
- Work closely with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and other business stakeholders to understand current processes and future-state requirements.
- Perform business process analysis and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Epicor functionality.
- Assist with ERP configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
- Support implementation of Epicor modules including Manufacturing, Production Management, Job Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and Finance.
- Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Help establish ERP best practices and standardized processes across departments.
Epicor Administration & Support
- Serve as a key internal resource for Epicor Kinetic administration and functional support.
- Manage user access, security roles, configurations, and system settings.
- Troubleshoot Epicor issues and work with users to identify root causes and appropriate solutions.
- Support system upgrades, patches, hotfixes, and ongoing system enhancements.
- Work with Epicor support and third-party vendors when additional technical assistance is required.
- Maintain system documentation, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide day-to-day ERP support following implementation and go-live.
Epicor Development & Customization
- Develop and maintain Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM), dashboards, and Epicor customizations.
- Utilize Kinetic Application Studio to configure and enhance user interfaces and screens.
- Develop Epicor Functions and support workflow automation.
- Assist with REST API integrations and connectivity between Epicor and third-party applications.
- Support reporting requirements using Epicor reporting tools, SSRS, Crystal Reports, and other reporting technologies.
- Evaluate customizations and integrations to ensure they support business requirements without unnecessarily complicating the ERP environment.
SQL & Data Analysis
- Write and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data extracts.
- Use SQL to investigate system issues, validate data, support reporting, and troubleshoot business processes.
- Analyze ERP data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support data migration and conversion activities through SQL-based validation and reconciliation.
- Partner with business users to translate data requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
Business Partnership & User Adoption
- Partner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to identify operational challenges and ERP improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into practical Epicor solutions.
- Conduct user training and develop training materials, documentation, and job aids.
- Support end users during implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Conduct regular business process reviews to identify system gaps and opportunities for optimization.
- Promote ERP best practices and drive user adoption throughout the organization.
- Develop and maintain an internal ERP knowledge base containing FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and process documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience, preferably with Epicor Kinetic and/or Epicor ERP 10.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes.
- Experience supporting or participating in an Epicor implementation, upgrade, or major ERP transformation.
- Strong functional knowledge of manufacturing, production, inventory, purchasing, supply chain, and related ERP processes.
- Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, views, stored procedures, and data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into ERP solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of ERP data structures and business process relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epicor Kinetic certification or Epicor University training.
- Experience with Kinetic Application Studio.
- Experience with Epicor Functions and REST APIs.
- Experience with Service Connect or other Epicor integration technologies.
- Experience with SSRS, Crystal Reports, or Epicor reporting tools.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, or programming languages commonly used within Epicor.
- Experience integrating Epicor with CRM, EDI, WMS, eCommerce, or other third-party systems.
- Experience with Epicor data migration and conversion projects.
- Experience supporting a full ERP implementation from requirements through go-live.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, automotive, or other complex production environments.
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant professional certifications.
