Job Description
We are seeking an Epic Tapestry Analyst/Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Epic Tapestry configuration, implementation, and support, and a proven ability to lead workflow design, requirements, testing, and collaboration across client, vendor, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Document current state business workflows.
- Analyze and design future state workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Define detailed product requirements and use cases and contribute to functional specifications.
- Partner with project managers, architects, and business analysts to define application metrics and performance goals.
- Translate requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and UAT.
- Participate in quality reviews to confirm design and work products meet requirements.
- Perform or advise on system configuration, integration setup, and testing activities.
- Serve as intermediary between client Epic teams and technical leads on data structures, workflows, and system capabilities and constraints.
- Develop and document data requests and source-to-target mappings.
- Support implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma with relevant experience or higher education.
- Minimum 6 years of Healthcare IT experience in an Epic Tapestry Analyst or Team Lead role.
- Epic Tapestry Certification required.
- Experience and certification in one or more: Tapestry Claims, Referrals, Call Management, Eligibility/Enrollment, Contracts - Benefits + Claims, Benefits Engine for Tapestry Claim Administration.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows, defining requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of consulting firm experience.
- Participation in at least one full Epic implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Tapestry across implementation, optimization, or support.
Additional Details:
- Work location: Minneapolis. Role may be performed remotely. The resource does not need to be local.
- No vaccination mandate.
- Visa restrictions: TBD. Candidates authorized to work in the U.S. for three years starting November 30, 2026, can be considered. Visa sponsorship during this period may be challenging.
- Client may cover limited travel and expenses if needed.
- Industry experience required. Must be an experienced Tapestry-certified Analyst.
