Location: Tarrytown, NY (Remote)

Summary:
• Client is seeking an experienced Certified Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support a major Epic implementation for a leading healthcare organization.
This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start through December 31, 2026, with the potential for continued opportunities based on project needs.
Position Overview:
• The Epic Resolute PB Analyst will support the organization’s Epic implementation, with a primary focus on Professional Billing (PB) build, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• The role is primarily remote; however, mandatory onsite support will be required during the go-live/command center period from November 6–November 20, 2026, based on assigned shifts.
Responsibilities:
• Support Epic Resolute PB build and configuration activities.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, validation, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, IT, and Epic implementation teams.
• Analyze and resolve PB-related issues throughout the implementation.
• Support go-live readiness and stabilization activities.
• Provide onsite command center support during the go-live period.
• Document issues, resolutions, workflows, and configuration decisions.
• Participate in assigned project meetings and implementation activities.
• Provide ongoing support through the end of the contract.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Epic PB Builder/Analyst.
• Epic Certified in Resolute PB Administration.
• Strong understanding of Epic Resolute PB workflows and configuration.
• Experience supporting Epic implementations, testing, and/or go-live environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced implementation environment.
• Ability to provide onsite support during the required go-live period.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
• Experience with PB Reimbursement Contracts.
• Experience with Epic Benefits Engine.
• Previous experience supporting a major Epic go-live or command center.
