As a Consulting Epic Reporting Analyst in the Healthcare industry, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive healthcare decisions. This exciting role involves working with Epic Clarity, a robust database system widely used in healthcare settings. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting critical reports and dashboards that help our organization make informed decisions. This is a unique opportunity to use your technical skills to make a tangible impact on patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your expertise in Epic Clarity to develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards that deliver valuable insights to our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing routine data audits and validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to report performance or data quality.
• Provide training and support to end users to help them effectively utilize the reports and dashboards.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Epic Clarity and the broader field of healthcare data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Epic Clarity or equivalent database system.
• Proven experience in developing complex reports and dashboards using Epic Clarity.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and related data privacy regulations is a plus.
• Epic Clarity Developer certification is preferred.
