    As an Epic Project Manager, you will proactively plan, prioritize, and communicate with stakeholders, providing them with visibility into planned initiatives, progress, concerns, and mitigation plans. In addition to this project work, you will help share your application knowledge with the customer's full-time team, mentor employees as needed, escalate issues, and generally ensure the success of the project.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage simultaneous projects from intake to delivery to project close
    • Work within an existing PMO framework using existing tools and processes
    • Perform project intake and scoping, project scheduling, resource planning, and monitor concurrent projects
    • Proactively manage change control, risk and quality across projects
    • Facilitate and document key decisions and operational process workflows
    • Ensure successful testing and validation of workflows
    • Facilitate escalation and resolution of risks and concerns
    • Draft and execute from project-related documentation including: progress reports, project plans, testing scripts, etc.
    • Communicate and present to all levels, especially the C Suite
    • Utilize existing engagement tools and templates to ensure consistency across engagements

    Desired Qualifications

    • 5 years of proven working experience in IT, operational, and/or process improvement project management
    • Experience with enterprise level implementations involving a large-scale organizational change management activities
    • Experience implementing, optimizing, and upgrading Epic
    • Experience in managing simultaneous, diverse projects across multiple business areas and coordinating with stakeholders
    • Exceptional organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
    • Ability to develop plans and execute using standard and existing project management tools
    • Up-to-date certifications in multiple applications
