Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and maintain the Epic MyChart patient portal.
Collaborate with clinicians, IT staff, and end-users to improve workflows and patient engagement.
Provide troubleshooting, testing, and support for system issues and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standards.
Train and support end-users on MyChart features and functionality.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience with Epic MyChart.
Epic certification in Epic MyChart is MANDATORY.
Epic MyChart Build and Implementation Experience.
Strong understanding of Epic workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
