Epic MyChart Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart. Support MyChart features including patient access, proxy access, messaging, appointments, questionnaires, and eCheck-In .

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart.


Key Responsibilities:

•  Configure and support Epic MyChart functionality and workflows. 
•  Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions. 
•  Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support. 
•  Support MyChart features including patient access, proxy access, messaging, appointments, questionnaires, and eCheck-In. 
•  Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams. 
•  Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. 
•  Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow specifications. 

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Epic MyChart experience. 
•  Active Epic MyChart certification preferred/required. 
•  Strong experience with MyChart configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. 
•  Knowledge of Epic workflows and integrations. 
  •  Excellent communication and analytical skills.22222q`
