    Role: Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst
    Location:100% Remote
    Duration: 6 Months
     
     
    Summary: Seeking an Epic Inpatient ClinDoc Analyst to support the design, configuration, maintenance, optimization, testing, upgrades, and production support of Epic Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) workflows for inpatient nursing environments.
     
    Must Have:
    • Active, Current Epic ClinDoc Certification (Latest Version) – Mandatory & Non-Negotiable
    • Minimum 2+ years of Epic ClinDoc Analyst experience supporting inpatient nursing environments
    • Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience (Required)
    • Epic system upgrade experience (Required)
    • Epic ClinDoc Build & Configuration
    • Inpatient Nursing Workflows (Med/Surg, Long-Term Care, Rehabilitation)
    • Clinical Documentation (Flowsheets, Assessments, Care Plans, Nursing Documentation, Worklists, Navigators)
    • Production Support, Troubleshooting, Regression Testing & Workflow Optimization
     
    Required Skills:
    • Active Epic ClinDoc Certification on the latest supported version (Mandatory)
    • 2+ years of Epic ClinDoc analyst experience supporting inpatient nursing workflows
    • Full lifecycle Epic implementation experience
    • Experience planning and supporting Epic system upgrades
    • Strong experience with:
      • Flowsheets
      • Assessments
      • Care Plans
      • Nursing Documentation
      • Worklists
      • Navigators
    • Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
    • Knowledge of Med/Surg, Long-Term Care (LTC), and Rehabilitation workflows
    • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Epic solutions
    • Experience resolving tickets, service requests, and supporting operational stakeholders
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
     
    Preferred Skills:
    • Additional Epic Certifications in: Long-Term Care (LTC), ASAP, Rehab, Orders
    • Experience supporting integrated Epic applications: Willow, Beacon, Radiant, Ambulatory, Security, Reporting
     
    Education:
    • Partial or completed college degree preferred.
