Description

Summary:

  • Work Mode: Hybrid-onsite
  • Location: Emeryville and/or multiple company locations 1-3 consecutive days, 2-4 times per year
  • Schedule: 0800-1700 PST

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems.
  • Provide support to clinical users through knowledge of clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards.
  • Work with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
  • Prepare detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
  • Manage scheduling templates and all incoming change requests for provider templates in EPIC.
  • Determine impact on decision trees and maintain organization standards.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate issues that create barriers to ambulatory access and patient flow.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Epic Cadence scheduling template builds and management.
  • Basic knowledge of decision trees.
  • Experience onboarding clinicians to improve patient access.

Preferred Skills:

  • Epic Cadence certificate.
